We reserve the right to require you to change a username we deem inappropriate.
3. Acceptable Use

- Use automated scripts, bots, macros, or any third-party software to interact with the game outside of the official client
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage — report them instead at contact@digireply.com
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the game client or server

Violations of this section may result in immediate permanent account suspension without notice or refund.
4. Gameplay Rules
SiegeMarch is a competitive strategy game involving conflict, alliance, and diplomacy between players. The following standards apply:
Fair Play
- Coordinate with other players only through in-game chat or external means that do not involve game automation
- Account sharing (allowing another person to play on your account) is not permitted
- Collusion between multiple accounts controlled by the same person or group to gain unfair advantages ("multi-accounting") is prohibited
In-Game Conduct
- All in-game chat must comply with our content standards (Section 5)
- Attacking, raiding, and sieging rival players is an intended and permitted part of gameplay — it does not constitute harassment
- Persistent targeted harassment of a specific player outside of normal competitive gameplay is prohibited
Game Economy
- In-game resources, buildings, and armies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the game
- Any attempt to sell in-game assets for real money is strictly prohibited
5. User-Generated Content
The game includes a chat system. When you communicate through it:
- You must not post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or targets individuals based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, nationality, or disability
- You must not post content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise illegal
- You must not share personal information about other players without their consent
- You must not impersonate DigiReply staff, moderators, or other players
- You must not advertise or spam
Chat messages are stored and may be reviewed for moderation purposes. We reserve the right to delete any content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.
By submitting content you grant DigiReply Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, artwork, game design, graphics, sounds, and text that make up SiegeMarch are the intellectual property of DigiReply Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play SiegeMarch for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the game.
Your account and all in-game assets associated with it remain the property of DigiReply Ltd at all times.
7. Service Availability
SiegeMarch is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be taken offline for:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will announce this in advance where possible)
- Emergency bug fixes or security patches
- Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
We are not liable for any loss of gameplay progress, in-game assets, or other damages resulting from service downtime.
8. Seasons & Game Resets
SiegeMarch operates in seasons. At the end of each season:
- The game world is reset — all villages, armies, resources, and explored territory are wiped
- A new map is generated for the next season
- Season results (rank, score, clan name) may be preserved on a permanent leaderboard
- Your account (username, email, password) persists across seasons
You acknowledge that in-game progress is temporary by design and that a season reset does not constitute a loss of service. No compensation is owed for progress lost at a season reset.
9. Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@digireply.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. For serious violations (cheating, abuse, illegal activity) we may act without prior warning. For minor violations we may issue a warning first.
Upon termination, your licence to use the service ends immediately and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
