Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your SiegeMarch account and its personal data here, or in the game under Settings → About → Delete Account.
What is deleted right away
- Your email address and username. The account is renamed to an anonymous label such as “deleted_user_123”.
- Your ability to sign in. Every signed-in session ends immediately.
- Your friends list, block list and push notification tokens.
- Your chat messages are hidden from other players.
What is kept, and for how long
- For 90 days, only to investigate abuse and keep the game secure: your password hash, IP addresses, login records and the text of your chat messages. They are then erased automatically.
- Gameplay records (settlements, battles, trades and season results, including the clan and character names you chose) stay under the anonymous label so that other players’ game history remains intact. They are no longer linked to your email address or username.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account.
Delete your account
Your account has been deleted. Personal data kept for security is erased within 90 days.
Forgot your password? Reset it from the game’s login screen first, or email privacy@digireply.com from the address registered to your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
